This series consists of general correspondence relating to activities at the Laguna Sanitorium. The correspondence is primarily between various Pueblo Indian agencies and the Office of Indian Affairs. The correspondence relates to patients, staff, admissions and departures, and finances. These records were originally created by the Pueblo Indian Agency and Day Schools, then during subsequent agency reorganizations were transferred to the Pueblo Day Schools at Albuquerque, the Southern Pueblos Agency, and finally the United Pueblos Agency.
